Deposition of Husayn Muʻin al-Raʻaya, 1906
‘Abd al-Husayn Mirza Farmanfarma gave permission with conditions to Husayn Muʻin al-Raʻaya about managing the properties of the late Vakil al-Dawlah, which are owned by Umm al-Khaqan. The deposition mentions this permission can be revoked anytime by Farmanfarma. In addition, Husayn Muʻin al-Raʻaya cannot transfer the ownership of these properties to any foreigners.

An ageement over a farm in Asadabad. Taji Khanum claims the farm has been seized by Khusraw Khan, but Khusraw Khan denies this claim and says he has bought the farm; both parties have been asked to get a lawyer and prove their claims ten days after signing this draft.

Draft settlement between Taji Khanum and Mu‘tamad al-Sultan Mu‘tasam al-Mamalik, 1903
Includes a draft settlement between Taji Khanum and Mu‘tamad al-Sultan Mu‘tasam al-Mamalik over a property dispute in the presence of Sahib Ikhtiyar, ‘Ali Khan Mirpanjah (the Governor of Asadabad), and a few others. Either side has to act within the next twenty days. The writer verifies the authenticity of the document and a copy of it is held by Haji Sayyid Hadi.

Discusses transferring property ownership of Zivar Taj (daughter of Fathʻali's wife) to her brother; the marriage of Zivar Taj with Fathʻali's nephew; and describes how Sayyid Qasim, known as Naqib al-Tujjar, deceived Zivar Taj and persuaded her to file a claim about the Nigaristan property. The writer asks the addressee for help.

Sayyid Yahya Adib al-Shu‘ara’ to ‘Abd al-Husayn Mirza Farmanfarma, 1890
Haji Sayyid Yahya Adib al-Shu‘ara’ (from Tabriz)'s petition discusses the pension of Mulla Yahya and ʻAbd Allah Bayg, the hardships the author went through during his pilgrimage to Mecca, and the delay in paying one-third of Mulla Yahya's belongings to his inheritors. This delay was caused by the heir of Haji Muhammad Baqir who is the Kadkhuda (village chief) of a village, which is owned by Surur al-Saltanah.
